Ultima swimming pool matting

Ultima swimming pool matting is perfectly suited for the leisure industry where the potential of slipping on wet floors is likely. Ultima offers a cost effective way to avoid accidents and reduce costly claims. Ideal for all wet areas including, swimming pools, showers areas, changing rooms and other areas regularly exposed to water. The curved design allows water to easily drain off, providing a slip resistant , safe and dry surface.

Ultima anti-slip matting is also warm and comfortable under foot. Ideal for large area coverage or long lengths. Ultima is treated with anti-microbial additive for protection against the growth of mould, mildew, fungi and odour causing germs. Ultima is designed to prevent the development and growth of bacteria and it resists body oils and general chemicals.

hi there.
i have 2 x 16m lengths around my pool. but cannot connect on a right angle to form a full square wall way around the pool (without any gaps in the matting)
do you offer a corner piece?

Hi and thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately there isn't a corner piece. In order to join lengths at right angles, the end of the joining length will need to be trimmed straight. This can be done with a hand saw or a jig saw. Clamping the matting between two boards or planks will keep it steady while making the cut. Good Afternoon. The cleaning guidelines are as follows:

The frequency of cleaning will depend on traffic volume. The greater the amount of traffic, the stricter the cleaning regime should be. As a
general rule wet area matting should be cleaned weekly in heavy traffic areas. Sweep or wet-mop the top surface of the matting regularly. If needed, mop or flush service area. Remove matting from service area if there is no drainage in area. If necessary, hose down the matting with a garden hose or spray down with high pressure washer and place matting back into service.

Hi, we are installing a hot tub on a slate patio area. We need matting from hot tub steps to house entrance. What product would you recommend given slate is quite slippery when wet?

Hi and thanks for your enquiry. Heronrib matting has the best traction between the underside of the matting and the floor, and it's also anti-microbial so that would be the best option in this case. Hi - can the matting be cut easily. We need a number of meters but it is two cm wider than we need ?

Hello and thank you for your enquiry. It is possible to cut these mats by hand using a stanley knife, but it's not very easy as the material itself is quite tough.
